If the thought of meditation makes you think of sitting cross legged while chanting nonsense and om, well, okay, that's one way of meditating, but it's not the only way. You don't have to go all yogi guru to strengthen your life through meditation. The great thing about meditation is that anyone can do it and it can be done anywhere.
