School is back in session, not just for my daughter, but for me, too. Last week was the first night of Intro to Religion class. It looks very interesting and I'm ready to learn! It helps that I have really awesome school supplies. ;)

I enjoyed some play time at the pool with Dawson. He just loves diving in the water for his favorite toy! Here he is waiting patiently for the next chance to fetch.
I made a recipe for a chocolate zucchini bread that I found in a magazine. I'm going to need to tweak the recipe before posting here, it was just meh. But...I made my first chocolate ganache! The recipe called for it as a frosting so I figured I'd give it a try...it was so easy! Ganache, (said in my snootiest pinky in the air accent) sounds so fancy; I never knew that it is just chocolate and cream!
This week, I've been getting to know Ed Sheeran's music, and I think I'm digging it. I've just started listening to his newest album, "X". I like his music for chilling out, which thanks to the long weekend, I was able to do.
I had a good week and this one is off to a great start. I hope you are also having a good week!
