In the last year, as a Disney passholder, I've gotten to know the many dining options at the Disney World Resort and I've definitely got my favorites. To save money, we usually bring our own food and reusable filtered water bottles, but there are certain foods that are worth working in to our budget.At Magic Kingdom, that food is at Gaston's Tavern. Gaston's Tavern offers what I think is the best value food at Magic Kingdom. There are other good places to dine and have a character experience but they will cost you a bit more. There are other quick service foods, but you'll get your usual nuggets, burgers, etc... At Gaston's Tavern you will find a delicious pork shank, and cinnamon roll that can feed 2 of you for under $15. It's a nice lunch at a great value.
Forget the turkey legs, pork shanks are where it's at!
