Music Monday, No Love in our Love

It's Monday and that means music!

This week's theme is love songs without love in the title. This is in honor of Valentine's day. I'm not a big fan of Valentine's Day, but I'm a huge fan of love songs, so....

This first one's hubby's choice.




Many people have recorded this but,I just love Hank's version the best!

    You can't beat a bit of Phil Collins

    First time I have heard this version yes there is quite a few but this one is up there with The Hollies.

    I love Phil Collins. He is one of my all time favorites. I also love Hank Williams JR. and thought I had heard everything he had done. But this is my first time hearing this!

    gotta play some Phil Collins on Love Day. it's a moral imperative. I go with "Follow You, Follow Me," which is technically a Genesis song, but so lovely.

    It's something that Phil Collins retired & never came back like they usually do. He was definitely one of our greats. I didn't know Hank Williams did this song. Some great choices my friend. Thanks for playing along with us! HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!
