The great thing about music is that it inspires in so many ways. Music can be your shoulder to cry on, or the boost you need to keep going. No matter what you need you can find it in music. That's why this theme is so hard. There are just so many songs and artists out there that inspire me in so many ways.

I think true beauty is within, but you know it's difficult to get pass some of the outrageous things people do their bodies outwardly. It's a shame that insecurity forces people to do lash out like this for attention. The song, I'm Beautiful, is really pretty and we all can relate to it even if we aren't extreme with our insecurities as these featured in the video. It's interesting I hadn't thought of Eminem's Lose Yourself as inspirational before, but I get that now. Katy's Firework is so upbeat and positive - just love it! Thanks for dancing with Monday's Music Moves Me!
